Look.... I don't like to complain ( and thanks for all the good work you do an' all)....
....but.....this site is getting WORSE !!!!!
I've just posted something and.....and......and......
...it DOESN'T appear for 5 mins....10 mins....whenever......
Are the software problems getting progressively worse ?!

You've been saying the same thing for months but there's no progress. Can we see a detailed timing plan for the resolution of these technical issues?
Have the same technical team also been working on that oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico?

Well, gone are the days of the infamous purple screen,
(I always thought they were funny and a test, a test of endurance to see who was the most determined to post on DTUK,
almost like a chivalric trial, of patience, of fortitude).
It's just that I remember it being a lot quicker to post, and now (sometimes ?) you get this delayed reaction.
The other thing is the nanny censorship.

It's a bit daft when it is printed and discussed openly in EVERY newspaper, magazine, website.
You could even go onto a Christian Fundamentalist website and they wouldn't ban or censor the word.
Personally I believe the Board ought to be built around fun.
I guess the trouble with it, is that people want something FROM IT (a partner, a date etc) and maybe they are not
willing contibute TO IT gratis.
Anyway, I have enjoyed myself on here, and feel that it's not that difficult to share a lovely song you've just too or contribute something funny or interesting, whacky or serious, you find on the web.
I don't envy you your job, the place sometimes seems to be a magnet for whingers.
Isn't it possible to add gifs or jpegs into these text boxes ?
Under the media selection there are a lot of options, but none of them seem to add graphic files.
