why is it that if a woman has a male stalker the police will act yet if a man has a gay guy stalking him the police will shrug there shoulders and say sorry cant help.
What have i got to do to stop this queer eye for the straight guy it’s been 8 years and he won’t give up.
i wont be forced out of my home by someone that rents a flat opposite me

I have tried to ignore him, but i feel I’m being watched constantly.
I cant even come into my own house and close my bay window curtains without seeing him standing in his kitchen wanking him self.
I can only think he used a pair of binoculars from his bathroom window to see my mobile no on a message board on my fridge, I don’t leave any notes on my fridge anymore.
IV had txt’s, silk pants and DVD's have been posted through my door over the years.
I have looked for finger prints on the DVD's but they are wiped clean, i know its him but its clear proof i lack.
Dose this sound scary or what.

Well, I know what I'd do in your place....after starting a diary recording every incident:-

1. Set up video camera and let him know that you've done it,
2. Tell him to smile..he's on Candid Camera and
3. If that doesn't deter him, publish on **** and tell the gay world he's gaggin' for it.

Keep copies of everything you've said and done in case the above doesn't work. But he'll probably be too busy fending off hairy-assed welders, builders and bikers ever to bother you again. Failing all else, take advice about a private prosecution or civil action.

As a bonus you may be able to sell the videos to some gay reality **** site.....there must be at least one, there seem to be sites for everything these days.............oh, and sell the stuff he posts through your door. Don't know if **** would handle that sort of thing but, again, someone must.

Good luck.

This is getting bad, my old phone which an employee had till he left recently has had 135 txt in the last 7 days from this guy.
I have also had a pair of ladies undies put through my door in the last day, i was at the door within seconds but no one in sight.
CCTV wont help i have looked into that in the past, bording up his windows would work better.
This guy must spend a lot of time watching me.
Well if any one can think of the best thing to do with his phone no let me know, i think he changes his no often.

For a woman the police might do some thing, for me they wont. I have tried again but its like they cant be botherd.
Let me ask you if you have some one across the road from you who stands at his window all day watching you he has every right to do that from his own place. this came up some time ago in a news artical only the guy was playing with himself. I have only one option for me to move or get him out of his flat, i just whish he would put a foot wrong so i could nail him.

I dont belive in **** it never sorts anything, and as for taking legal action i was given a price of £15,000
the advice i got cost me £300 but being a civil action he could just brake it.
My brother got a court or order on his ex wife for visiting rights, she has broken it repeatedly and no action has been taken.
He is very crafty not identify him self which i need for proof.
I was assulted by a man when i was six and that took me a long time to come to terms with, i cant stand attention from gay men it makes me nervous.
Thinking back when i had a partner he was quiet but some of the txt's iv just recived shows he was still watching and for tens years.
I feel sutch a cold chill through my body.

I am sorry but I don't believe you have been to sujected to any harassment !

I think you have more of a problem with women  !! You have also responded to another thread
"Equality for 40 something Women" in a rather derogatory way....so maybe you need to look at yourself !!

If you feel I’m not being subject to harassment that’s fine, this is a forum for opinions.
As having a problem with women, no far from it. What i don’t like is attitude for the sake of it because at the end of the day it doesn’t serve any purpose and i see it so often.

Don't worry, I have contacted the Isle of Wight Police on your behalf as I get the feeling that they are not taking you seriously. Luckily I know Police officers over here so fingers crossed this will get looked into now!

Thank you Lovelyladyx

I feel I’m beating my head against a wall some times.

I had nuisance calls for about six months on my land line, random calls in blocks of ten at all hours of the day and night.
Repeatedly i contacted BT but it was such a farce.
Because it was another service provider all they could do was let them know.
I worked out it was a lift with a dialling system reporting it was stuck between floors after i kept hitting random keys when it called. I hit the jack pot with my first call to Somerfield Store in Newport.

Because the number wasn’t listed on the net it’s covered by data protection. I bet the lift feels safe in that knowledge.
