Misleading Profile Information | Relationship Issues

Profiles are supposedly there to tell you about the person who either has shown an inrest in you or you are initially interested in.
Why does someone in the In their own words section state young at heart 47 y/o
and then in their About Me section state Age: 65
Those 2 statements tell me a lot about the person concerned, simply they are deceptive in nature and not worth a second look. From my own standpoint the 65 would have been of iterest, but the 47 year old daughter would most certainly not.

I agree with you,
profiles should be if anything brutally honest otherwise at the least they're misleading at worst they are a blatant lie!
Why bother to lie as they'll only be found out at some point.
Fingers crossed the untruthful ones are a minority on here.
