Addiction | Relationship Issues

In my experience, having a Girlfriend makes me greedy. I think I speak for many guys when I say this.
Let me elaborate. When you don't have a GF, you adapt. It does not bother you that you're not getting any after a while. But when you do have a GF, you want more. Even if the 'sessions' are great it only fuels the fire. Surely you get enough that you don't need to cheat? Some would see this as an unhealthy addictions e.g. alcohol. I have been known to have too much to drink when out, but I don't do it all the time.
I don't believe women have the same psyche, but I could be wrong? The thing is having more than one woman on the go only ends in hurt and loss. So I wondered if there is a magic solution...

Are you saying that you've only ever had a **** attraction to girls and no emotional connection, or is it that you've had great relationships, but felt the need for additional **** elsewhere?
People that are in love don't feel the need to cheat on their partners.

Additional.
As for love, well I thought that was a cliche

Yes, there is a magic solution.
Actually, its not magic, just common sense (a rarer commodity than its name suggests).
Just have one woman "on the go" at a time. Seemples

A little off topic now. I've 2 questions:
1) What in the name of Zeus are you pointing at in pic number 2 of your profile?
and.....
2) Didn't the maid turn up that day?

God, now I really feel old.
I remeber the feeling that I needed to sow more wild oats, when already I had done.
I remember that feeling that someone, somewhere needed me to be single so that I could get physical with her!
Being a serial monogamist, I can't really judge.
Now who would not do that if they had the choice?
# 7 2010-03-13 18:24:51
1) Now that you mention it, I can see how it may look a bit vulgar. A good thing I was done up as 2) the maid would have had a heart attack!

I wish it was simple! I can't even pull in a brothel at the moment
I guess my male chauvanist days are over. You could say I am a reformed character

According to reports, that is not what brothels are for.
I understand that, in such establishments, money is a useful commodity.
They are, after all, houses of negotiable affection. (Thank you, Sir Terry)

As my grandma used to say, if common sense was common more people would have it.

Excuse me.
Has my short-term memory gone or did I not just say more or less the same thing?
Does anyone have the number of the Alzheimer's Society?
Don't call me to tell me because I'm bound to forget it. Just send me a postcard. Oh, and you'd better say why you're sending me that phone number.

Spelled boracic as in boracic lint (rhymes with skint). Sorry I must be turning into a worse pedant than al-terego

There is nothing wrong with pedantry, Wullie.
Had you claimed to be a better pedant, however, I might have taken issue with you.
# 15 2010-03-14 10:47:13
Although I have to admit a tendency to pedantry (for which I lay the blame entirely at the door of my grammar school pedagogue) I cannot entirely agree on there being nothing wrong with it. Too often when sliding into that mode have I noticed eyes beginning to glaze over......

That is not necessarily a fault in either you or what you are saying. It is as likely to be the result of unfamiliarity with the English language, an all-too-common fault, particularly among the English who have this strange idea that, because it is their mother-tongue, they can naturally speak and understand it.

By George, he's got it. I'm not sure what it is, but he could well be better off without it.

Speaking of addiction, they'll be open in a half hour, thank IPA.
